Since then he has served as Vice President and Controller of F. W. Myers & Company, Customs Brokers, headquartered in New York, and as President of the Frank P. Dow Companies, headquartered in Los Angeles.His education includes a BA degree from Vanderbilt University, and graduate work at Rutgers University. He is a past President and Director of the International Business Association, has served as Director and President of the National Customs Brokers and Forwarders Association of American, and as Chairman of the World’s Customs Brokers Association.He has served as Director of the Chamber of Commerce and International City Bank, both of Long Beach, California. He also served as Director and President of the Foreign Trade Association of Southern California. He is a past President of the Los Angeles Customs Brokers and Freight Forwarders Association and the Pacific Coast Council of Customs Brokers and Freight Forwarders. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Transportation Intermediaries Association and is a current member of the Chief Executive Officers Association.
