I have and continue to implement a variety of infrastructure enhancements and security improvements to include deployment of new secure access control system, redundant active directory/domain controllers, hardware and web application firewalls, network segments, migration from Google Apps for Business to Office 365 and Azure, Hybrid On-Prem/Azure Active Directory with various licensing structures, Hyper-V replication with high availability and failover capabilities, On-Prem to Azure backups of identified data, resources, and virtual machines for Disaster Recovery requirements. Comodo-One for Remote Management and Monitoring, as well as testing systems to maintain security, compliance, and direct IT Policies to provide guidance for standards.

I led a Tier 2-3 team that remotely manages and monitors multiple business infrastructures across the United States utilizing a variety of tools including Connect Wise, Summit, Logic Monitor, SCCM, ActiveXperts, Sophos, Cisco AMP, and Azure Alerts. Our team administered Accounts, Group Policies, and Share Access within Microsoft AD, Azure AD, and Office365 including licensing. We also administered Firewall, Routing, and Switching technologies to include VLAN, Tunnel VPN, SSL VPN, network segments, firewall rules on hardware including Fortigate, Aruba, Ubiquiti, and Cisco.
