Clinical Education Coordinator for the JRCERT-accredited Magnetic Resonance Imaging program at the University of Nebraska Medical Center and Program Coordinator for the Cardiovascular Interventional Technology Program. With over 15 years of clinical Imaging experience in MRI and over 6 years in Health/Imaging Sciences Education instructing graduate and undergraduate students.Experience developing and implementing educational courses on Canvas LMS.Experience as an expert witness in MR court proceedings. I began my career in MRI with Shared Medical Imaging. My mobile MRI route along the Nebraska-Kansas border took me three years into my career. I broadened my MRI experience by relocating to Lincoln Nebraska where I became a staff MRI technologist at CHI St. Elizabeth. After four years of hospital-based scanning in Lincoln, I took a position at Nebraska Medicine as a PRN MRI technologist. Shortly thereafter I became a full-time staff technologist. My career took my from a staff MRI technologist to MRI educator and I love every minute of it. From working with students clinically, to lecturing in the classroom or online, I am where I want to be!
