I function as a hands-on, Senior Software Engineer and Leader in addition to managing a team of software engineers, business analysts, and IT operations team members. Personally, I contribute to complex, hands-on coding projects utilizing React, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, C#, .NET, MVC, SQL Server and more.I recruit, train, mentor, coach, and evaluate team members. I guide the engineering team in the delivery of products for healthcare environments. I develop and execute plans for products andservices required by the organization, including build vs. buy decisions, and maintain a continual focus on top-priority objectives through ongoing interactions and negotiations with stakeholders at all levels.

I provided hands-on leadership in both software engineering and IT operations. I trained and mentored software engineers towards the goal of creating a top-performing team. I led the comprehensive analysis of business requirements in order to guide the application development process, and contributed directly within all phases of the software design and development life cycle.I led the design and development of Seneca's proprietary Electronic Health Record system to centralize access to information, as well as associated tools for streamlining clinician workload.

I provided custom software development for a variety of companies and industries, including retail, healthcare, technology, non-profit, and others. I utilized a variety of technology stacks, including Oracle, Java, SQL Server, ASP.NET, C#, and C++, among others. I consulted with clients regarding network design and implementation.
