As first-line representative responsible for handling inbound/outbound call inquiries, assist customers via phone, email and fax with inquiries including, entering in PO’s, schedule forecasting, pricing discrepancies, billing and/or generating invoices, and constant contact with customers on scheduling/credit issues.

Helped in the warehouse with daily shipping/boxing and operated warehouse machinery. Visited Belgium, Dutch, and German factories to discuss product design and future sales operations. Selected to be part of a 35-student, 5-week trip to Xi’an, Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Guangzhou, China to visit several factories and expand our knowledge of the Chinese culture. Capstone project: Case study for Brenntag AG (Germany), a global market leader in full-line chemical distribution.
