Over the last 25 years, Michael has established himself as an expert in the provision of fiduciary services working closely with clients, families and their advisers to create and maintain the most appropriate wealth planning structures. A qualified trust practitioner, Michael has extensive expertise in establishing and advising Private and Corporate clients on a wide range of specialist solutions that include Managed Trust Companies, Family Office services and facilitating UK Tax planned structures. He also advises families on resolving complex situations where trusts are involved and continues educating, advising and implementing solutions for the young aspirant wealthy and those with charitable and philanthropic objectives, whilst also working with high net worth Indian nationals and non resident Indians in particular. He is a member of the Hawksford Group board and is one of the members that took part in the management buy-out of Rathbone Trust Company Jersey Limited in October 2008. In his spare time Michael enjoys keeping healthy playing various racket sports, sea swimming and cycling. He also enjoys cliff walking (last year he joined a Hawksford team on the Three Peaks Challenge) and gardening. He listens to Mahler amongst other composers and is involved with his local church and a number of charities.
