-Head of Operations for the Security Department and its 20+ Officers, three Supervisors,and two Dispatchers / Video Investigators.-Trained and managed a Security Department serving 1.5 million square foot resort andfamily entertainment facility with 200,000sqf of indoor water park (Americas largest),200,000sqf of meeting space, 80,000sqf of family entertainment space, 975 guestrooms, 6 full-service restaurants, 5 quick foodservice venues, 3 retail markets, and 7bars on 300+ acres. At peak capacity, our resort will accommodate 11,000+ guestsand outside local visitors.-Built from the ground up a system of 1,100+ Cameras Exaqvision and1,500+ AssaAbloyRFID access locks and managed system access and parameters for users andoperators. -Worked closely with local, state, and federal law enforcement on a daily bases.-Coordinated protective details for Governor of Texas, Lt. Governor, StateRepresentatives and U.S. Representatives and Senators as well as Celebrities andVIP's.-Oversaw nearly one thousands investigations and thousands of hours of videoresearch.-Conducted training and responded to thousands of Security incidents ranging frommissing children to aggravated assaults, associate misconduct, workerscompensation, family violence, theft of time, public intoxication etc.-Worked closely with Round Rock Fire Department, Fire Marshals, Office of EmergencyManagement, OSHA, NFPA and many other organizations at all levels to ensure propercompliance and reporting.-Created and implemented processes to track and inspect over 500 fire extinguisher,AED's, Halon fire mitigation systems and other life safety devices.
