Project and Program Manager for KORE Labs, the Innovation and Product Incubation department at KORE Wireless. My role also involves keeping stakeholders informed about project statuses, potential challenges, and mitigations, thereby fortifying relationships and promoting transparency. Responsible for supporting Project/Program Manager(s) and project team(s) in the successful execution of a Project/Program. I achieves this by executing Project/Program related processes efficiently including: coordinating and tracking the status of Project/Program deliverables and milestones; supporting the adoption of project management and solutions development life cycle (SDLC) processes and related deliverables; Project/Program level risk, decision, change, action and issue coordination; supporting the Project/Program level reporting cycles; coordination of Project/Program Governance activities. Additional responsibilities include assisting the PMO team members with defining and updating the Project/Program management processes.

Throughout this global work experience, I managed and optimized over 200 web campaigns daily. I developed 30 unique clients on a new ad exchange platform. Worked on several projects to build a new audio department. I also communicated and built relationships with clients directly on a global scale. This work experience was very impactful and prepared me to take on many more oppurtunities with innovative companies. My role as an Engagement Intern was an incredible experience. As an intern, I was actively connecting with new students, and I figure out ways they can get involved within the community. I also created a great network across the country, after I participated in a leadership conference in St. Louis.

Serving as a Student Orientation Leader is what perfected my public speaking and communication skills. Approximately 160-200 people apply for this position each year and 30 people are chosen. Throughout the summer we worked with 6,000 students. The University of Cincinnati orientation process doesn't only transition the students into college but their parents as well. With a team of only 38, including 8 supervisors, dealing with that many people can be difficult. With over 120 hours of training prior to orientation, I believe this position has prepared me for anything.
