I am a teammate, an exhorter and an edifier. My goals are not always to benefit me and me alone. I encourage and build with others so they may feel the right sense of accomplishment as they desire. I strive to consistently improve myself and my ethics, setting myself apart from some, while still being a team player as stated before by edification. Commitment, honesty, integrity and honor are traits I posses and carry with me always in or out of the office. Turning a blind eye to wrong doing is not within my character and actions as such are not tolerated by me. I hold fast traditional moral and ethical values that are not so much grasped as they were before, therefore I see this has set me apart at my past employers for the good.
