Global Proposal Management helps drive revenue opportunities by supporting Request for Proposals/Information (RFPs/RFIs) originated by the Global Commercial Banking, Global Corporate Banking (including Financial Institutions) and Public Sector Banking market segments for the Americas, APAC, and EMEA regions. Annual support of ~500 formal RFPs, worth in excess of $500M, with a win rate of more than 50% globallyIn this role, I managed the end-to-end proposal management process on a global basis for Treasury, Commercial Card and Trade and Supply Chain Finance.Managing a global team, I was responsible for setting and delivering the Global Proposal Management Strategy in support of the Global Transaction Services’ business goals. I also led a team responsible for peer to peer treasury benchmarking and analysis.

In this role, I led team of 35 professionals responsible for advancing revenue opportunities by supporting Request for Proposals (RFPs) originated by all Commercial, Large Corporate and Financial Institutions Treasury Sales teams across the Americas. I partnered closely with Global and Regional Sales Executives/Managers as well as Product Management and enterprise partners in a highly matrixed organization to drive in-region and multi-region client proposal responses.

Responsible for client solution design from origination to revenue encompassing the proposal, pitch and contract negotiation functions within Global Transaction Services, Latin America. Leveraging awareness of client activity and demand, I was responsible for growing proactive deal engagements across the region. Working with the LatAm leadership team, I ensures maximum return from inbound and outbound regional client calling initiatives.

In this role, I managed a high performing team of 25 banking professionals responsible for providing end-to-end support of the deal life cycle from consultancy through to RFP/Pitch and contract negotiation. The team supported 300+ deal engagements worth $150M+ on an annual basis. As head of messaging, I helped raise awareness and positive perception of the business internally and externally. I was a member of the EMEA GTS leadership team, reporting directly to the EMEA GTS Head, working closely with regional and global senior leaders and line-of-business partners.
