ShortleadEvents/ConferenceDeals are a market leader in providing free venue search for its clients.My role as Senior Account Manager encompasses;-­‐ Client account Management of existing and new clients.-­‐ Identifying and actioning new leads and opportunities.-­‐ Assist clients with their RFP in advising and sourcing suitable venues, taking into consideration destination, budget, history. -­‐ Coordinating venue proposals into a summary document.-­‐ Assisting the client through their decision making process – feedback, re-­negotiations, shortlists, site inspections.-­‐ Attend & represent ShortleadEvents/ConferenceDeals at industry trade exhibitions, such-­‐as,EAN, ABEE, AIME.-­‐ Attend & represent ShortleadEvents/ConferenceDeals at local (Wollongong) networking events (Illawarra Business Chamber, Destination Wollongong).-­‐ Assist & represent ShortleadEvents/ConferenceDeals at client familiarisations for product knowledge for the clients, and for enhancing client relations.
