- Improved Advanced Oxidation Process (AOP) water treatment systems, in- and ex-situ, with new control systems comprising of analog sensory, active control of process parameters, and more intuitive design.- Advanced the design of the Pulse Ox product line to include standardized subassemblies, improved heat management, lower build and operational cost, increased reliability in the field, and more efficient production timelines.- Enhanced the programming of the system PLC and operator interface terminals to improve the customer experience with automated routines and simplified user interface.

- Managed projects for landfill leachate treatment and ship-based desalination plants form pre-sale applications engineering to post-delivery customer support.- Coordinated several international projects simultaneously, working with a variety of geographic and corporate cultures.
