• Data Analysis of overall Network performance and fuel consumption by base stations in the network• Maintaining network data on Microsoft SQL Server using SQL Server Management Studio.• Production of daily reports to management on the state of the network, and production of weekly reports to management on the state of customer satisfaction with the service provided.• Management of customer service delivery projects and fault resolution efforts by coordinating the activities of the field transmission teams and remote configuration teams • Carrying out market analysis of regional bandwidth needs and requirements• Customer management, which included attending to customer enquiries, customer requests, and customer complaints, through a wide variety of media which included mails, e-mails, phones, other wire, and video communication. • Proactive approach in managing Customer expectation in the event service delivery is compromised.• Network troubleshooting, configuring and monitoring using the Huawei Optix I-manager T2000, Cisco Transport Controller, Solar Winds Network Monitor, Paessler Traphic Grapher, IP Solution Centre (ISC), ECI BG 30 and Tata’s Network Monitoring and Troubleshooting Platform (NMTP)
