Started the pilots, trained Baltic colleagues and suppported them throughout the project and handled all technical issues myself including several site visits. Trained RBS Site contractors how to install the new RBS HW. Strong RBS troubleshooting skills. Winner in NOBA all employee Knowledge base competition 2010, most contributions covering ares GSM RAN, GPRS, EDGE, SGSN & 4G/EPC. Solely and in "pair" Performed several APZ / APG40 swap för Nätbolaget, TRE (Sweden & Denmark) and Telia. (MSCs and HLRs). Not a single failure. Performed BSC start up and expansions in Denmark. Succesfully implemented 3rd magazine in SGSN for Telia, Nätbolaget, TRE (Sweden + Denmark). Strong SGSN skills needed for this task. Performed other SGSN projects in Telia, Nätbolaget and TRE (Sweden + Denmark).

Technical responsible for Centre of Excellence GSM parts (BSC, MSC, HLR, RBS, OSS, SMS) performing by myself all start-up and integration of these nodes. Performed several demonstrations towards Vodafone higher management (GPRS and applications) using our complete E2E lab. Part of Ericsson UK customer support team. Performed HW & SW work in Vodafone UK live network. (London sites). Extensive training in Ericsson training fascility outside Guildford.

Fukuoka, Japan

O&M engineer towards demanding Japanese customer (today Softbank). 2 meetings a week in Japanese using translator handling all O&M issues of concern in their mobile network in MSC, OSS, SMS system and RBS. Reason for this position is that this operator lacked in O&M experience as they were new to Ericsson PDC (AXE based) mobile system. Based in Fukuoka but also performed work on Okinawa Island and other parts of Kyushu Island. Training and meetings took place in Shin-Yokohama outside Tokyo (Ericsson main Japan office).Offered manager position as Technical Manager Japan department (CMS30) leading 10 engineers in Kista upon return from Japan. I was tired from all travelling and said no, took a 1-year sabbats år at Gothenburg University and Chalmers.

Travelling Senior Switch Test engineer based in Ericsson office in Hayward, CA, USA. Technical lead of team responsible for start-up, test & Integration of complete new MSCs (Mobile Switching Centers) AXE based TDMA technology. Training of local resources. Certified as Senior Switch Test Engineer. Very strong knowledge of Ericsson AXE based TDMA solution. Expert knowledge in IOG & APZ solving several critical issues and mentoring new employees. Performed IOG & APZ HW & SW upgrades - mentoring from senior IOG & APZ experts - they who actually developed IOG & APZ.2 years travelling Switch Test engineer, Sweden. Start/Test/Integration by myself complete fixed AXE telephone switches. Performed SW upgrades & HW expansions on live exchanges - NMT, GSM and fixed network. Key player in Telia IOG11 introduction project performing IOG11 start up and trouble shooting on sites all over Sweden. Performed GSM MSC APZ HW upgrade on the three existing MSCs in Sweden at that time. Frequent IOG & APZ troubleshooter doing a lot of "Brandkårsutryckningar".
