Project Manager for all projects. Responsibilities include; chief coordinator between client, engineers, and field operations, project integration into accounting and project management software post project award, purchasing and procurement of all materials (approvals through delivery), subcontract purchasing and contract creations, project cost tracking and projections, CPM scheduling, change order estimating and coordination, A/R invoicing, and A/P review and approvals for in-progress projects.

Responsible for all daily field operations of building construction. Construction coordination and scheduling of, and between subcontarctors, project management, design/engineering, and owners.
