I launched my career in the electrical industry with the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) straight out of high school. Rising through the ranks, I became the Training Director at the Fort Wayne Electrical Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee (JATC), where I helped shape the next generation of electricians. Now, as the Director of Labor Relations at the Minneapolis/St. Paul Chapter of the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA), I channel my expertise into encouraging collaboration among contractors and supporting the highest standards of excellence and innovation in electrical contracting.
