Maintain ownership of key Accounts and Value Streams To analyse data, identify opportunities and to develop strategic cost reduction projects in collaboration with less experienced staff members Manage the delivery of account specific Tech Services specific KPIs and metrics Communicate and provide subject matter expertise to Component Availability staff. Proactively apply Continuous Improvement, including the Identification and implementation of initiatives/projects. Provide training on Value Engineering and Warranty to new and existing staff. To be a major contributor in Airinmar’s recruitment process. Provide an experienced point of contact for problem resolution and advice.Program Manager of Key accounts.
