o Ensure that the Contract and Commercial Management Directorate is compliant with answering Freedom of Information (FOI) requests, Parliamentary Questions (PQs), Ministerial (MC) and Treat Official (TO) correspondence within statutory deadlines. o Actively engage with stakeholders and senior managers to identify areas for improvements or share good practice within the directorate by providing guidance and training on answering PQs, MC and TO correspondence and FOI legislation. o Undertake thorough assurance checks of the management information provided by contract managers prior to requests been submitted to Senior Civil Service staff for approval.

o Ensured that the Judicial College business objectives for providing training for over 350 members of the Judiciary was achieved by managing a team of 10 course organisers to deliver over 60 seminars each year.o Part of working group that created the Learning Management System (LMS) on the Judicial Intranet, and tested the system before it went live for the 2015-16 Prospectus Year.o Worked on the 2015-16 Judicial College Prospectus with senior members of the judiciary, judicial college trainers and staff and ensured that it was uploaded onto the Judicial College LMS in time for members of the judiciary to book training for the year.o Managed a budget of £1.3 million to organise the booking of venues, speakers, and pay members of the judiciary to attend training.o In depth knowledge of HR recruitment and disciplinary policy when recruiting new course organisers and managing poor performance.

o Managed a team to ensure that all correspondence to the PFD Private Office was answered within statutory deadlines.o Managed the President’s diary and provided secretariat support for a number of committees including the CAFCASS Judicial Liaison Committee.o Liaised with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that business cases covered all the salient points before they were submitted to the President of the Family Division to authorise tickets for judges to hear family work.
