Independent MDM/PIM implementation consultant.

Business process analysis, requirements elicitation/documentation and to-be process design for Mitchells and Butlers Product Master Data Management project. This involved selection, configuration and implementation of Stibo Systems’ STEP MDM solution and integration with a number of legacy business applications. Played a key role in the introduction of food & beverage data from GDSN via GS-1 UK and GXS data pools, enabling Mitchells and Butlers to become one of the first UK companies in their sector to achieve this. Managed integration testing of the MDM solution and data cutover at point of go-live.

Managed a number of projects within the Stock and Waste programme and played a key role in the implementation and stabilisation of Red Prairie’s Enterprise Inventory Management and Purchase to Pay Solution in Mitchells and Butlers.

Two year graduate training programme comprised of placements within a number of Mitchells and Butlers’ corporate functions including Operations, Business Change, IT, HR and Commercial. Gained experience in Business Analysis, Service Management, Project Management and Change Management.
