Censeo is a strategy and operations consulting firm focused on helping mission-driven organizations strengthen their management and operational capabilities to achieve social and public impact. Negotiated Enterprise Software Agreements for several DoD and Civilian agencies: o Led engagement between Federal agency and large database software provider to negotiate a ~$20M per year agreement (saved agency approximately ~$6M per year) o Provided data analytics, market research, and negotiation support to DoD agency on procurement of ~$200M per year on desktop applications and operation systems – collaborated on negotiations o Led several negotiation support engagements across 3 other agencies Evaluated existing staffing models for a DOJ agency to analyze workforce requirements to protect individuals and buildings based on a Congressional report and developed recommendations to improve effectiveness and retention of agency personnel Improved purchasing of $18.2B in civilian agency by establishing a best-in-class category management program: analyzed data to identify targets (recurring), developed standard operating procedures & governance charter, wrote policy, and presented findings (recurring) Developed and analyzed metrics for an agency subcommittee in effort to negotiate with Federal union – conducted analysis, provided recommendations and identified areas for 15% savings Re-engineered processes for a Federal department to hire 45 new employees (a ~50% increase in staff) and measure and report the improve in performance of the department Performed data analysis on a DoD agencies $128 billion in spending, in fiscal year 2011 - results informed an Assistant Secretary for Acquisition Logistics, and Technology study on their contracting workforce
