Freight Responsibilities:• Print packing slips and acknowledgements for ZCS freight orders, file, ship on time/correct order• Create BOL and schedule freight with best way carrier or requested third party• File signed BOL for archive• Enter appropriate information into the ZCS shipping log • Pick, pack, and securely fasten product to pallet • Attach correct packing slip and pro label to its correct pallet• Print ACP waves and separate freight from ground orders • Pick and pack all required items and record RSO, pro number, quantity, part number, and serial number in the ACP shipping log• Transfer data from shipping log into AXD and create BOL/Packing Slip• Schedule Freight • Load and Unload trucks when they arrive• Organize and count received freight Ground Responsibilities:• Print packing slips/acknowledgments for ZCS ground orders, file, and ship on time (accurately and consistently)• Enter appropriate information into the ZCS shipping log • Pick, pack, and place product on designated ground pallet (UPS,FEDEX) for pick up• Create shipping labels for UPS and FEDEX ground• Print ACP waves • Pick and pack all required items and record RSO, pro number, quantity, part number, and serial number in the ACP shipping log• Transfer data from shipping log into AXD and create Packing Slip• Label cartons with appropriate shipping labels and packing slipMiscellaneous Responsibilities:• Ordering shipping materials (tape, shrink wrap, packing slips envelopes, boxes, strapping and clips)• Keep warehouse organized and product stored in proper areas• Floors and aisles must be kept clear and swept daily• Trash must be taken emptied regularly
