Provided consulting services to Crossroads Companies - a real estate development company & Inserra Supermarkets - a member of the Wakefern food corporation that owns 27 grocery stores in NJ & NY.- Project managed the following:- Construction of a 43,000 sqft of in-line turnkey stores for retailers like Wells Fargo, Panera and PetSmart in Franklin Twp., NJ.- Construction of a 68,700 sqft ShopRite center in Stony Point, NY with 26,000 sqft of in-line turnkey restaurant and retail space. Oversaw fit out of turnkey spaces.- Construction of a 68,000 sqft ShopRite center in Wallington, NJ and fit out of 28,000 sqft of in-line turnkey banking, retail and restaurant space.- Demolition of a former movie theater in West Milford, NJ and construction of a TJX store in the space.- Expansion and reletting of a 135,000 sqft shopping center in Lyndhurst, NJ including fit outs for retailers like PetSmart, DaVita and Inserra Liquor Stores as the owners rep.- Construction of a 12,000 sqft strip mall in Hillsdale, NJ with turnkey stores for Pet Supply Plus, Inserra Liquor Supply and SGI-USA.
