I am a results-driven operations leader with a strong foundation in resilience, leadership, and adaptability, forged during my military career in the U.S. Army. Born and raised in Memphis, TN, I took the path of service after high school, joining the Army infantry and deploying to Iraq and Afghanistan. I had the honor of graduating from Ranger School, a milestone that reinforced my commitment to excellence and perseverance through adversity.Following my military service, I successfully transitioned into the civilian sector, bringing with me the leadership and problem-solving skills I honed in the Army. Over the years, I’ve held operations management roles, where I have consistently driven performance improvements and operational efficiency.In 2018, I joined Old Dominion Freight Line (ODFL), where my dedication to results and team leadership led to my promotion to Operations Manager in less than a year. Alongside my professional growth, I have pursued academic and technical development, earning a Fire Science degree and certifications in Fire I, Fire II, and EMT.I thrive in dynamic, high-pressure environments and remain committed to achieving excellence in every task. With a passion for continuous learning and leadership, I look forward to contributing to new opportunities and delivering meaningful impact.
