Responsible for processing material transfers of controllable equipment and tubulars utilizing SAP technology. Created and posted various journal entries to the General Ledger, including correcting and reclassification entries and cancellations. Using audit techniques and data-driven analysis, researched and resolved issues to ensure charges were correctly booked to cost centers and AFEs according to COPAS and U.S. GAAP regulations.Directly communicated with field personnel and supply chain management to understand use of equipment and tubulars in regions including the Bakken Formation in North Dakota and the SCOOP and STACK plays in Oklahoma.Helped develop data-visualization tools in Spotfire to resolve discrepancies between accounting records and field data related to tubulars.
