I am an injection molding process engineer at Intralox, a global leader in conveyor belt solutions, where I have been applying my passion for material science and polymer engineering for over two and a half years. I hold multiple certifications from RJG Inc., a recognized authority in injection molding training and technology, that demonstrate my proficiency and expertise in this field.At Intralox, I develop and optimize processes for increased capacity tooling, new product releases, and process improvement. I use my skills in data collection and analysis, and design of experiments (DOE) to create cost savings analyses, capacity models, and process parameters. I also identify and solve root causes of underperforming tools in relation to scrap, downtime, utilization, quality, and maintenance. My mission is to enhance the quality, efficiency, and sustainability of Intralox's injection molding operations and products.
