My job was to keep the bar program on par with the food. Heavy focus on Tequila, Mezcal & craft cocktails while keeping a wine program that pairs with chefs food. Featured in Bon Appétit online for making Tepache & Tepache cocktails.

I followed Food and Wine chef of the year Chef Marc Orfaly's lead creating a cocktail & wine program for elevated French based menu. Cocktails featured in Metro, best of Boston magazine, stuff, Improper Bostonian & Dig. Sommelier for James Beard house dinner. Zagat says - Innovative touches" raise the "bistro fare" to "sublime" heights at this "high-end French experience" in the Theater District, where the wines are just as "amazing" and the "chef's menu is a real experience" (if you're not "rushing to make a curtain"); a "polished" staff works the "intimate", "lovely room", which is "not too loud", thus "perfect for a special occasion" that's "well worth" the "expensive" tabs; P.S. a post-Survey interior refresh included extending the bar area.
