- Full P & L responsibility, creating the strategy and budget for Stonhard Canada.- Increased sales by 5.5% to a record level and improved our operating income by 38% over the prior year.- Developed and implemented a new Canadian sales management structure in consultation with the managers.- Coordinated and reinforced a new sales training program for all field sales and management.- Managed the implementation of a new CRM system.- Successfully transitioned all personnel into their new roles within Stonhard Canada.- Successfully guided the corporate decoupling of Stoncor Canada.

- Full P & L responsibility for Stoncor Canada, an independent operating company reporting to RPM. - Created our Mission Statement and corresponding Vision statement and organisational values with the assistance of a steering committee.- Initiated a social committee and oversaw the morale of the employees.- Responsible for reporting four national brands separately.- Responsible for 225 employees across sales, finance, HR, operations, marketing, technical and distribution.- Reported sales and OI results monthly.- Implemented town hall meetings to improve transparency and employee engagement.- At the end of the fiscal year, the global parent company made the decision to eliminate Stoncor Group as an operating company globally.

- Full P & L responsibility for my Division.- Grew the Division by over 500%,and the headcount from 8 sales reps to 15.- Grew the sales and operating income of all brands, ultimately becoming the largest division in Canada.- Maintained the lowest AR in the country due to our high quality and customer satisfaction.- Was awarded the first President's Elite status in Canada.- Assembled separate teams to tender, win and successfully install the three largest projects in the companies history at the time.- Hired and trained the replacement of two senior sales reps, (retired), in a highly competitive market.

- Initially responsible for sales and operations of two product lines, Stonhard and Fibergate, and added Carboline and Stonhard Construction Products to my scope of responsibility in 2008 and 2012, respectively. - At the beginning of my time in this role, I managed six territory managers in Alberta, ultimately growing the team, our capabilities, and the territory to include a technical service rep, a new warehouse, and enhanced installation capabilities across Alberta and Saskatchewan.- Awarded numberous Sales Management awards and company incentive trips.

- Responsible for a national team of technical representatives to provide sales support, quality control and safety oversight.- Responsible for the quality, safety and quantity of our national sub contractors.- Corporate trainer for new hires and technical updates.- Assumed the role of the company’s first Operations Manager in 2001 to add to the responsibilities of Engineering Manager.- Established and implemented standard operating procedures that would be used for years to come. - Assisted in closing our largest project at the time, mobilizing 55 workers from three provinces to complete a two-week shutdown project in New Brunswick on time and on budget.- Awarded troubleshooter of the year twice and many other awards.

- Set national material and labour prices and was responsible for the technical qualifications of quotes, quality of installations, and corporate safety. - Managed a team of six engineers and technical representatives across Canada and was responsible for hiring, training, disciplining, and terminating our national roster of independent contractors.- Authored Stonhard’s first written independent contractor agreement, formal product training modules.- Established the companies Joint Health and Safety Committee and participated as a management representative.

- Introduced a new technical product line into the Canadian market, established selling price, and tracked and reported on sales growth. - Trained Sales and Sales Management, traveled nationally to support sales efforts, and trained installation crews on new products and techniques.Note: RPM purchased Stonhard in 1993 and shortly thereafter formed Stoncor Group.
