• Accurately gather customer information in order to distribute customer service assessments to identify areas of improvement and prioritize needs based upon results• Maintain a thorough knowledge and understanding of all company products and processes by attending regular Kia University courses and assessments• Efficiently communicate among and between teams to help meet and exceed monthly goals of the service department• Collaborate with internal and external vendors, insurance companies, and warranty companies to increase profitability across all functions of the business• Make executive decisions when solving customer issues and concerns and compensating customers when needed to ensure an overall customer satisfaction• Assess and enhance daily workflow processes between all teams within organization in order to maximize profitability and exceed customer service expectations

• Educate customers on products and services offered and recommend the appropriate product or service based upon their needs • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell additional products and services• Schedule customer service appointments for various services being performed on vehicles• Build customer relationships in order to have a better understanding of the customer’s needs in order to maintain a high satisfactory level at the dealership and with the customer• Prepare invoices at the time of service, confirm orders placed by customers via the phone and internet, and process customer payments

• Check in new vehicles and complete proper documentation after completion of Pre Delivery Inspection • Inspect new and used vehicles for proper documentation ensure dealership inventory accuracy

• Collaborate with detailing team to ensure the detail process remains efficient• Detail new and used vehicles for delivery• Perform Pre Delivery Inspections on new vehicles• Accurately check alignments on customer vehicles
