As Program Manager for Retail Technology at UNFI, the largest publicly traded grocery distributor in America, I leverage my 25+ years of experience in information technology project leadership to deliver innovative and effective retail technology solutions to our customers. I have a proven track record of managing complex and large-scale hardware and software installations and upgrades, with an emphasis on point-of-sale (POS) and inventory control systems, across multiple regions and markets.I am also a skilled account manager and consultant, who can drive profit and loss (P&L) management, customer satisfaction, and retention. I have extensive knowledge and expertise in various platforms and applications of retail technology, including Microsoft Windows, MacOS, iOS, MS Office, and various POS, EFT, and item management software. I am passionate about providing high-quality customer service, training, and post-installation support, as well as developing and mentoring new team members. My goal is to help UNFI and our customers achieve their strategic and operational objectives through retail technology innovation and excellence.
