In this role I provide cheese to over 150 customers whom are primarily located in the Southeast. These customers receive cheese directly via Ground shipments. I provide trainings for our customers and their employees. Sometimes I train our customers over zoom meetings but usually I travel to their location and help with product knowledge. I discuss promotions in regards to wholesale customers as well.

In this role I confirm all orders and PO’s for all customers Nationwide. I book logistics (pickup/deliveries) and handle logistic reporting. In addition, I also track orders in transit and clearly communicate with the receiver on a daily basis. I keep track of inventory levels and sell cheese based on what is available. I organize and update our company’s CRM on a daily basis. I give customers tours of our facility and explain the process of making cheese in our building. I also attend food shows and other events to gather many leads and make connections.
