Regional Sales And Operations Manager
Current Responsible for overseeing 30+ stores in South East/Central region. Manage performance of Customer Service Managers, including Sales, work allocation, P&L, succession planning, and productivity. Support the development of new systems to improve the efficiency and effectiveness based on identified areas of improvement. Assist the Franchise Owners and Customer Service Managers to streamline operational processes to create standards within the Region. Track and analyze key metrics including pipeline growth, pricing margins, and gross revenue. Collaborate with executive team to create and implement new processes to improve overall performance and center productivity Develop and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to improve Key Performance Indicators.
