Traditional Trading - In my current role I lead a team of trading managers and traders in supporting various trade inquiries for independent Registered Investment Advisors. Our Traditional teams cover inquiries such as DRIP, trade corrections, allocations, overnight foreign market trades, share class conversions, etc. They will also field and support trading phone queues in order to take verbal trades on equities, options, ETF's and mutual funds. Block Desk - I also lead a team of Block Desk trading managers and traders. They're goal is to help advisors optimize their best execution process. Our team consists of execution specialists who support our advisors trading process from idea generation to implementation and onto post trade analysis. Our support can help our advisor assess potential benefits and risks while employing various execution strategies.

As the value of the Block Desk became evident to our TDA Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs) we spun off another desk and created a specialized service for solely for RIA's. With the decision I moved back to TDA Institutional to build out the new offering.

I was chosen for this position to build TDA's first Block Desk in order to handle our internal RIA ETF order flow. Once built my team and I increased our coverage and provided TDA’s corporate, institutional, clearing and retail clients with trade structuring advice and execution support for non-traditional equity, ETF and option transactions.
