Advanced Process Engineer III - GHSP Central Manufacturing Engineering team responsible for global Launch, Innovation, Optimization and Standardization of manufacturing processes in North America (US & Mexico_ as well as China based divisions. Various additional roles and responsibilities including Tooling Engineering Manager, Facility Operations Manager and EHS / Security manager.

Manufacturing Engineer for Inside Electrochromic Mirror Production Line and Outside Electrochromic Mirror Production Line. Includes Front End Cutting, Bending and Cleaning processes as well as Coating, finish assembly, Filling and Testing Processes. Worked on development of new manufacturing process improvements in collaboration with multiple diciplines.

Manufacturing Engineer - Launch Support at Magna Cartops, Bowling Green, KY. Support for launch of Camaro Convertible. Worked with cross-functional manufacturing and corporate teams to launch the Convertible top assembly for the 2010 Camaro.

Commercial Glass and Mirror company - Worked on projects from 10k - 700k in the commercial glass markets for Detroit and Chicago areas.

Design Project Manager - Worked on design, development and installation of a 500T ultrathin float glass facility in Shenzhen China. Initial work related to 3D design of the manufacturing float process and equipment including design improvements to make the process modular for varying tonnage requirements. Position transferred to China for the mechanical construction of the facility working with a collaborative team of expatriates to oversee installation of the 500T facility in Shenzhen China.
