 Lead and manage a team of Public Relations Officers,  Provide guidance, training, and support to PR officers on legal requirements, government procedures, and compliance standards. Monitor the performance and productivity of PR officers. Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure company-wide compliance. Regularly update management and PR officers on changes in laws. Oversee and coordinate all government-related processes,  Handling trade license applications, for various licenses (industrial and commercial). Handling preparation and processing of essential legal documents, such as POA and MOA. Coordinate with internal departments and legal teams to secure required approvals. Oversee the monitoring and renewal of all company documents,  Maintain and review a comprehensive record of all legal and regulatory documents. Managing Security Passes for Onshore and Offshore Access Manage and coordinate customs clearance tasks for incoming shipments, Supervise the arrangement of labor accommodations,  Managed day-to-day administrative operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow. Developed and managed the office budget, reducing costs  Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency. Coordinated and managed schedules, travel arrangements, meetings for senior management, plan and organize company events Supervise and support a team of administrative staff, providing coaching and performance feedback. Develop and maintain efficient filing systems for easy retrieval of documents and information Oversee and manage a portfolio of properties, Coordinate regular maintenance and repairs, ensuring properties are in optimal condition. Handle tenant relations, including addressing complaints, resolving issues Collect rent, manage accounts receivable, and ensure timely payments from tenants. Identify and evaluate potential real estate investment opportunities.

 Submit and ensure the processing of all types of applications and paperwork to the local government, including but not limited to employment or residence visas, car registrations, Trade License, labor permits, export license, economic license, , etc. Assist the company and the employees with visa arrangements in Embassies. Preparing necessary arrangement for staff medical and notify the operation at least twenty four hours early with list of employee. Responsible for customs clearance for all shipments coming from outside the country to the port. Supervise a staff of public relations specialists. Ensure the Group entire license and other legal documents are free from blockage or expiry. Keep Head mangers up dated in case of any visa regulation changes. Responsible for addressing all kind of immigration issues and make sure the company is out of every kind of penalties Work on the following-up and Clearance of all government transactions of the company and existing projects. Work on the renewal and issuance of licenses for all the company's vehicles. Submit detailed reports related to any government expenses to the finance department. Ability to deal with all the online systems of the Directorate General for Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization, whether in Abu Dhabi or Dubai. Preparing and processing all security permits directed to all military authorities, for example, not limited to “CMW”, “PGC”, and “CICPA” etc.  Work on the following -up the residence status for the staff of the company as issuance, renewal, Cancelation and etc. Work to submit tenders for new projects and following-up. Coordination between the staff and management of the company concerning the needs of employees and the company's policies.
