Experienced IT professional with many years of customer service knowledge looking to utilize ability to adeptly master technology and able boost company’s electronic growth. I have experience in dealing with physical security and cyber security issues that have come up at my current job. This is what has pushed me to further education and Cyber Security. I am currently enrolled at Moraine Valley Community College to obtain my AAS in IT Security Specialist. I have been a self taught in all the area's I have learned so far.In my current position i am a Tier 1 support tech and some Tier 2 trouble shooting. Issues can range from web based application to in house servers. I have experience working in Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange. The company is about 40 staff members. I can be solving problems via Phone, Email, Remote support via Team viewer or Teams, and in person. Other responsibilities outside of that are purchasing office supplies, programing key fobs for entering the office, phone system trouble shooting, and dealing with office maintenance issues that come up.During my years as a programmer i was able to get experience in building system racks and cable management. I have certifications in Control4 lighting and media systems and Vantage lighting systems.I am the type of person that if i do not understand or know how to do something i will study and learn the issues from other team members or on my own. I am always looking for a company to grow with and that can help me grow at the same time.
