Working in a wide range of manufacturing facilities, my roles and responsibilities included installation, programming, commissioning, service, calibration and maintenance of DC tooling systems. Key customers included Jagur Landrover, Airbus, Ford, Rolls Royce, Vauxhall Motors and Nissan. Throughout this period I also compiled and presented out a training program to several of our customers.

Following on from my apprenticeship I spent 5 years working in the main assembly hall as a maintenance technician. My roles here included scheduled maintenance tasks along with breakdown situations of moving conveyors and delivery systems. The majority of this period however, pushed me into the DC tooling crib where I became responsible for the daily maintenance, repair and calibration of DC tooling systems on site.
