I lead a team of 9 Finance and 4 Security and Facility team, I follow the rules of GAAP and FASB. I am also in charge of Financial Reporting, ERM for the department and managing the Interest Sensitivity of AltaOne. I manage the critical vendor relationship of Federal Reserve Bank and the Federal Home Loan Bank of SF. I am the Chair of an Income Generation and Expense Reduction Committee that has seen over $200k added to the bottom line in 2 years. I am also the Vice Chair on the Business Continuity Committee. I am well versed in the Economy and forecasting. I am able to take the world economy and translate it into a local and regional focus. I also do public speaking engagements around budeting, forecasting and the accounting world.I have been involved in the Vendor Management process, security video and access controls. I have successfully managed the security of a large corporate facility with 12 smaller branches.
