Having joined British Sugar as an apprentice back in 2002, I have worked through a number of roles and currently fulfil the role of Shift Performance Manager with responsibility for a team of technicians and day to day operation.Through completing a degree with the Open University, becoming a Member of the Institute of Engineering and Technology andcompleted NEBOSH General Certificate in Health and Safety Management I have built up a wealth of knowledge and experience in engineering and operations. Specifically in electrical and mechanical engineering and HV SAP authorisation.I enjoy challenge, particularly in engineering and technology and welcome all opportunities to further my ability and that of my team.
