• Assisted with the creation of Maintenance Check Manual (MCM) work cards and component maintenance manuals including attaching parts pages in preparation for the GE90-115B engine entry into service in January 2013 (777-300ER fleet)• Main contact to assist repair vendors with troubleshooting by providing reasons for removal of various components removed off of Rolls-Royce Trent 892 engines (777-200 fleet) and Fuel Flow Governors removed off of Rolls-Royce RB-211 engines (757 fleet)• Interpreted pilot write-ups and maintenance notes to determine if issue was properly troubleshot and if part removed was indeed faulty; provided statistics and analysis of such removals during monthly meeting with maintenance hubs• Implemented several maintenance line-driven changes for MCM work cards through properly documented and substantiated red-lines

• Required to learn afterburner hardware and functionality of F404 and F414 engines• Worked with F404 and F414 engineering teams on various cost reduction programs including the testing and analysis of proposed parts• Helped in drafting the change in design (CID) documents for changes to afterburner module hardware ranging from a material change to the introduction of a new part; helped present proposals to Material Review Board (MRB)• Was responsible for several design record book (DRB) articles to chronicle the necessary steps and analysis completed to design and implement improvements for afterburner components
