Direct advisor Regional Operations Director on financial performance, labor agenda, and long term facility strategy and manager of Austin Zone Operations.• Manage $51MM budget to and beat annual operating plan, across 125 locations in Texas and Oklahoma.• Developed structure and accountability processes to achieve a sustainable 3 Cases Per Hour (CPH) improvement valued at $572M in annual labor performance. • Coached new Austin Zone and Facilities Managers to take their labor Total Efficiency score from 67% to 79% in an 8 week period placing them in the top 20% of FLNA DCs.

Responsible for Frito-Lay North America replenishment planning and execution for Sales Operations to fulfill customer service expectations in line with strategic inventory policy. Manager of 5 person team. Direct advisor to Director of Platinum Service and Sr. Director of Integrated Supply Chain Planning on sales operations service strategy.• Implemented process improvements to improve daily forecast accuracy by 2% at distribution centers and 4% at plant warehouses across all ~225 locations.• Developed Fill Rate execution tool to provide insights to senior leaders on execution opportunities which enabled FLNA to see a 0.50% increase to overall customer Fill Rate within 6 months, and providing a roadmap to 99.0% level of excellence.• Created a Forecast Trending process which allows for an inventory reduction of 225M cases from operating inventory allowing for a 0.4 Day on Hand reduction to operating inventory.• Led process for SOP development and consolidation on company intra-website to make a one stop shop for all Planning and Execution SOPs for 225+ locations to reference.

Responsible for PepsiCo warehouse delivered strategic space plan, inventory policy, and contract management. Manager of 8 person team. Lead cross functional projects with planning, transportation, IT, engineering, finance, and customer service. Direct advisor to Director of Warehousing Capability and Sr. Director of Warehousing on warehouse strategy.• Led and organized 5 RFPs for 3PL operating contracts for the warehouse delivered organization resulting in $11.7M in savings over the life of the contract.• Developed and cost justified a $65MM infrastructure project to build a new 1.2MM sf distribution center, collapsing three buildings into one, delivering $10MM in warehouse and transportation savings.• Analyzed 2012/13/14 productivity targets for 36 warehouse managers, identifying over $36MM in productivity which was successfully delivered and built in to annual operating plans.• Created 2012/2013 PepsiCo Seasonal Warehouse strategy which included cost analysis of transportation, warehousing cost, planning strategy, sourcing strategy, and customer service impacts, adding 2MM sf of seasonal space to successfully handle a business peaking 150% higher during the summer months.• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt trained – Successfully completed 2 projects delivering $1.5MM in savings focusing on DSD/WSD integration to MRP planning processes.• Hand selected for international project to assist a struggling 3PL warehouse in Argentina with operational best practices to improve efficiency, prevent cuts, and improve customer service, improving order fill rate by 0.6% and decreasing cost by $0.04 a case.• Led team to manage KPI scorecard development for 36 locations and KPI adherence measures. In 2012, developed new KPI focused on warehouse labor and shipments, resulting in a 5% lift in on time customer delivery in 2013.

Led Post-SAP standardization of Legacy systems to SAP systems process transition, formalized SOPs and stood up SAP inventory analyst team. Advised 36 distribution centers on inventory processes and SAP functionality. Direct advisor to Director of Warehousing Capability and Sr. Director of Warehousing on inventory policy.• Led PepsiCo’s Freshness Initiative which changed the processes for old age management and increased Customer guarantees on Freshness by 40% resulting in a decrease of expired/stale product by $6MM in 1 year.• Developed PepsiCo Warehouse Manual to include all SOPs and guidelines for field warehousing, working with cross functional group in planning, finance, operations, customization, and IT. • Wrote and developed SAP inventory guidelines/SOPs for inventory loss, and wall to wall physical inventory which have maintained inventory accuracy at 99.998% in 4 consecutive years, with over 45MM cases annually. • Conducted audit of handling invoices which led to $4MM credit being paid back to PepsiCo.• Developed work elimination project which allowed work done across 28 associates to be completed by a smaller team of 4 systems experts, leading to a 50% increase in SAP to WMS inventory accuracy 2 consecutive years, delivering $2MM in savings.• Developed and maintained National Inventory website, which has become a one stop resource for field users to find SOPs, Presentations, and training documents.

Oversaw the transition of Customization business between two 3PLs. Successfully developed policy and procedures to enable a start-up of new 3PL and meet all customer demands in an SAP environment. Material Planning Manager ensuring all types of materials were available for production.
