I am a partner with Goldberg Segalla LLP and a member of our Global Services Insurance Group. I practice in the area of insurance coverage litigation and counsel clients with respect to bad faith, extra-contractual damages and insurance issues. I also defend clients in matters involving commercial issues and personal injury claims.After serving on the Board of Directors for six (6) years, and one year each as Secretary-Treasurer, President-Elect, President and, finally, Board Chair, I begin my involvement in the FDCC Foundation as a Board member. I previously served as Chair of the FDCC Finance and Budget Committee, Bylaws and Resolutions Committee, Convention Review Committee, Insurance Industry Committee and Insurance Coverage Section. I also served as Co-Chair of the FDCC Advance Committee, Eastern Coordinator of the State Representative program and a member of the Admissions Committee. I lecture frequently on insurance coverage, construction site liability and New York Labor Law issues and I am a Fellow in the American College of Coverage Counsel ("ACCC"), an invitation-only group of select coverage counsel.
