As the Chief Commercial Officer’s direct report overseeing the sales organization, my role was pivotal in driving the success of NEMT and Home Health service lines. Managed the sales forecast and budgeting processes, utilizing Salesforce for effective opportunity management. Spearheaded the sales planning process, worked with the senior leadership team to navigate market dynamics to forecast growth and contraction, worked with teams to conduct capacity modeling, and planned headcount requirements. Compiled and delivered comprehensive monthly sales forecasts and performance reports for Executive Leadership and the Board of Directors to identify strategic decisions and drive organizational success. Health Plan Account Director: Oversaw the relationship with the nation’s largest Health Insurance Provider and Managed Care Organization, spanning corporate-level interactions and 25 States plus Washington DC ($800 million client relationship). Lead efforts to rebuild and retain the largest Medicaid State contract within the Health Plan and Modivcare. Monitored operational performance data to identify areas for improvement and collaborated with Modivcare's operations team to enhance network performance aligned with Health Plan objectives. Prepared comprehensive national and corporate-level reports and KPIs, providing critical insights to Health Plan leadership at both state and national levels. Managed the intricate client contracting process for National Medicare and Medicaid State contracts.
