With over four years of experience in the firearms and optics industry, I am a passionate and driven Sales Account Manager at Trijicon, Inc., a leading manufacturer of innovative aiming solutions for military, law enforcement, and civilian markets. In my current role, I leverage my customer service management skills to build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, identify and pursue new business opportunities, and deliver exceptional service and support to our clients. Previously, I worked as a Store Manager and a Retail Manager at Ann Arbor Arms LLC, where I oversaw the daily operations, inventory, and staff of a successful firearms and accessories retail store. I also developed and implemented sales and marketing strategies, increased customer loyalty and retention, and ensured compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
