• Published agency guidance, rescoping the practice, re-invigorating its core services, and eliminating the demand for non-legal support.
• Introduced a network platform that automated the practice’s transactions and remedied its records deficiencies.

• Restructured the practice following twenty-five percent reduction in force, thereby insulating it from further reductions in force while increasing its productivity.
• Transitioned to an all-civilian staffing model and re-organized the practice as a specialty reporting directly to the Deputy Judge Advocate General.
