Human Resources Coordinator* Responsible for providing guidance, support, and coordination to all policies, procedures, and practices of the Human Resources Department and assisting the Human Resource Manager.* Conduct recruiting, employment selection, and orientation processes.* Administer human resource policies, rules, procedures, and training programs.* Organize, supervise, and document special events as assigned.* Organize, supervise, report on, and improve upon special programs as assigned.* Oversee organization and improvement of Human Resource Department files, forms, and process flow efficiencies.* Coordinate, create, and ensure strong employee communications by informing and updating employees.* Ensure positive human relations among employees and between employees and management.

Perform sampling of drinking water, waste water, dairy, soils, etc. for environmental testing.Complete lab sampling per a pre-determined route and schedule; at times extra hours are required. Regional route -Day shift.Conduct routine environmental, microbial and dairy lab work as schedule allows.Maintain accurate and complete records of collected samples and field work.Maintain good working order of vehicles and equipment in compliance with all equipment manufacturers and safety requirements.Maintain clean equipment and work areas.
