Holding a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, my expertise spans project management, quantitative and qualitative research, community relations, and implementation of evidence-based practices. I specialize in overseeing research projects from conception to completion, managing multidisciplinary teams, and driving implementation strategies that deliver impactful outcomes.Currently serving as an Implementation Researcher for the HEALing Communities Study at the University of Kentucky, I work at the intersection of public health and research, focusing on reducing opioid overdose deaths. I lead critical efforts in program implementation, community engagement, and data collection, which inform academic and practitioner publications and shape future public health interventions. My role includes collaborating with a diverse set of stakeholders to implement evidence-based interventions while managing timelines and deliverables.Over my career, I’ve held various positions that highlight my capability in managing research and implementation projects in both the public health and education sectors.
