I started as a Field Service Technician for Gatekeeper Systems in October of 2021. I was installing and troubleshooting DVR and camera equipment on SEPTA's buses, trains, trolleys, and transit police vehicles . Around mid 2022, I was promoted to the Field Training Technician. At this point, I was training all new techs in field service and proper procedure. Towards the end of 2023, I was promoted to my current position which is Lead Trainer and Quality Control Administrator. In this role, I'm the first point of contact for our Field Service Technicians when they need assistance with troubleshooting and/or any other obstacles they're facing while out in the field. Also, I handle the quality side of things pertaining to our SEPTA contract ranging from our service documents to equipment. I also work closely with our Director of Operations in overseeing 17 technicians to ensure quality and efficient work.
