As co-chair of Arnold & Porter's national real estate practice, I handle a broad range of matters encompassing all aspects of commercial real estate. My practice has a particular emphasis on commercial development projects in the Washington DC region, including the ground up development or redevelopment of office buildings, residential projects, hotels, mixed use projects, entertainment and cultural venues, and infrastructure. I've been fortunate to be involved in many of the major development projects that have transformed the built environment of the Nation's Capital over the past three decades. My practice also focuses on the hospitality industry, public/private partnerships, ground leases, and debt and equity financing.
