I attended Depaul University for Business Administration with a concentration in Entrepreneurship and a minor in Econ from 2014-2018, graduating with Deans List and Honors Distinctions. I founded Kai & Co. Watches in 2015, a boutique custom watch brand, assembled in Chicago. This grew my understanding of international supply chain management, product development, marketing, digital advertising, website/SEO education and product fulfillment. I sold the company in 2017.In late 2018 I decided to take my small vehicle rental fleet to the next stage of development and establish The Motorsports Exchange LLC, a peer to peer/rideshare market vehicle rental company. We increased our fleet to 12 vehicles ranging from luxury performance cars to uber vehicles.In 2019, I opened the Medical Debt Forgiveness Network, a non profit focused on purchasing & forgiving the medical debt of low income families. In 2024 I became Coowner of Gordon Salon Algonquin and Cofounder of Gordon & Schwarz LLC, a real estate investment firm. My 17 years of work at Gordon Salon directly impacted revenue growth from $2.2M to a projected $8M ('24). From 2018-2024 I have helped establish, design and rebuild 4 brick and mortar locations, as well as assist in developing marketing & operations policies that reduced turn over of employees, build careers for our team and reduce churn of customers. In my positions I’ve learned digital marketing management, campaign creation & analysis while developing annual marketing calendars. Useful skills I’ve acquired are financial analysis skills, leadership and team building skills, comprehensive film and editing ability, social media management skills and ads manager education, time management skills, corporate capital management skills, and hiring skills.
