Mike customizes solutions in a manner which meet their objectives, and makes sure they understand the reasoning while doing so.Originally from Fort Wayne, Indiana, Mike graduated from Valparaiso University. Upon graduation, he proudly served three years in the United States Marine Corps, where he was released from active duty as a Captain. He has also taught and continues to teach on & off-site retirement workshops for the employees of many Fortune 500 companies, such as ExxonMobil, Chevron.
